faulty item resolution
Inspect the item within 24 hours of receipt. If issues such as velvet flower falling off, metal accessory damage, or wrong style are found, immediately take multi-angle photos of the item (including packaging) and clips of the unboxing video, and send them to the customer service email. We will evaluate and provide a solution (such as free repair, remaking or full refund) within 3 working days.
items not eligible for return
- Items damaged due to human factors (such as velvet flower falling off caused by pulling during wearing, self-disassembling accessories). 2. Custom-made items (patterns, sizes, color matching designed according to customer requirements, excluding quality issues). 3. product exchange procedure
If you need to change the style or size, you must first return the original item according to the return process. For custom-made item exchanges, the design plan and production cycle need to be reconfirmed.
